Manish leads the AI Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Cities (Airawat) at IIT Kanpur. Before that he spent five years as CTO of eGov Foundation, building open digital infrastructure that lets millions access essential services across governance, finance, health, and sanitation, including the DIGIT platform underpinning PUCAR's court technology. His work sits at the intersection of cities, AI, governance, trust, and DPI.
