Chittu is one of the pioneers of online dispute resolution: founder of CREK ODR, co-founder of ODR.com (acquired by the American Arbitration Association), and co-creator of ODR LAB. She has advised UN Women on gender-responsive legal technology, supporting access to justice programmes across Nepal, Timor-Leste, Fiji, Solomon Islands, and Indonesia. She works from Chennai.
