How might we make DRISTI 2.0 reflect the litigant's real journey?

DesignModerateVolunteer

Interview litigants, lawyers, and court staff to map the real experience of navigating an Indian court, and turn it into insights the ecosystem can act on.

About the work

PUCAR's work starts from the litigant's lived experience, the waits, the commutes, the adjournments. We're looking for a design researcher to help us document that experience rigorously, so that every initiative we support is grounded in reality rather than assumption.
