We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive business growth. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and possesses strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Research and understand client needs, challenges, and pain points
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns and materials
Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
