Born in 2023, PUCAR is now a group of 80+ contributors from diverse fields that include economics, legal practice, public technology, artificial intelligence, and government.
PUCAR is a non-profit public mission to transform the dispute resolution experience of every Indian.
We recognise the crippling effects of systemic stagnation, where outdated processes and capacity constraints have left millions disillusioned. PUCAR is a collective of diverse professionals and organisations who strive to ‘unstuck’ this system, by offering imagination, and volunteering energies and capacities to create new possibilities. We are building an ecosystem to power innovations that improve the resolution experience for every Indian.
